Here's my painting from last week. I worked on the water to try to get the surface to show up over the darker water underneath.
I also worked on the foreground rocks and made that "shadow" look more like the seaweed it was ;)

I love how you capture the realistic colors and details of the scene! This is how I remember that day.
Wonderful to see! Thanks for sharing. I like the way my eye can zig-zag from the bottom right of the painting upwards to the left and back behind the rocks on the upper right. It cold be fun this semester to have one facet rt of your project be about composition of tall vertical landscape paintings!
