Spring 2024 I took my very first painting class. SO inspiring to have Sam as a guide and teacher. I set up a studio in my garage. It only takes up a 5x5 space. I don’t know what painting style I really am? My husband “commissioned” me to paint our view. He understands realism so that’s what I did. I’m not sure if I love this style. Nothing was lost cause I view it as part of the journey.
Thanks for sharing the painting! I have been thinking a lot about tenacity and intention lately and I find it interesting to give every square inch of a painting the same amount of some quality (Proust does this sometimes in writing). I like how the shade of blue green of the far hill on the left fits in the painting!😎
